So how does it work?

Book your FREE 15 minute sleep assessment call (or dive straight in and book a package) Let’s start transforming your child’s sleep today.

Log a 3 day sleep diary I will send you a document where you need to log your child’s sleep habits for 3 days. This helps me create your child’s personalised plan.

The package This is an hour zoom call where I will teach you about the science of sleep and give you a step-by-step plan in order to achieve your sleep goals.

After the consultation You will be sent your child’s personalised sleep plan within an hour of the zoom call. If you have chosen the Great Big Hug package, you will have support from me for the next 14 days. I will check in with you, in the morning and afternoon, to offer clear guidance on how to see daily progress towards your sleep goals.

The weeks after the consultation You will be following the plan with consistency offering as many cot naps as you can. As long as your baby is comfortable and healthy, you will notice positive changes to how your child is settling to sleep, their naps and their night time sleep within that first week.
