Not sure this is the right plan? Book a 15 minute Intro Call for £10 and I’ll tell you which plan will help.
How it works…
You don’t need to have it all figured out before we start. Here’s exactly what happens once you book:
Choose your plan. Pick the plan that matches your baby’s age and book a time that suits you. Not sure which one? Book a 15 minute Intro Call and I’ll point you in the right direction.
We talk it through. We meet on Zoom for an hour. I’ll go through the foundations of newborn sleep with you and show you how to gently introduce a routine, how to get more sleep in the crib and I’ll also give you all my tips to help you avoid the four month sleep regression. Then we’ll agree together on the changes we’ll make to your baby’s sleep, and you can ask me any questions you have.
You get your plan. You’ll receive a personalised action plan written for your baby, so you know exactly what to do each night, along with a personalised sleep schedule.
Because we work gently with younger babies, you’ll normally see a positive change within the first few weeks of actively working on sleep.
“What sets Gina apart from other sleep consultants is her empathy and genuine care.”

No. I will never ask you to shut the door and leave your baby to cry it out. I'd say it's normal for there to be some protest when your little one is learning something new, as crying is how they tell us they're not sure about the change yet. That's why I give you options. With Settle and Stay you stay right beside the cot offering comfort until they're calm, and with Settle and Return you pop back in for short, reassuring checks. We choose together what feels right for you and your baby, and if you're ever worried, always go to your child.

It's never too early to put healthy sleep foundations in place. The Newborn Sleep Plan is for babies 0 to 4 months and focuses on gentle foundations like the sleep environment and a routine that works for your family, nothing that asks too much of a tiny baby. From 4 months, The Complete Sleep Plan goes into more depth with a personalised schedule and support to help your little one learn to settle independently.

Not unless that's something you want to work towards. Night feeds are completely normal and lots of babies still need them. Everything in your plan is built around your goals and what your baby needs at their age. If you'd like to reduce or drop feeds, I'll show you how to do it gradually, and if you want to keep a feed in, that's absolutely fine too. I fed my son every single time he woke, so I really do understand how hard it is to know where to start.

Every family's journey looks different, but lots of families start to see changes within the first week. Consistency is the biggest thing here. Your 5 days of WhatsApp support on The Complete Sleep Plan are there for exactly that first stretch, when it's all new and you want someone in your corner.

There's lots of great information out there, but none of it can look at your baby. A lot of the parents who come to me have read everything and ended up more confused, because the advice contradicts itself. When you work with me you get a plan written for your child, a 1 hour Zoom call to talk it all through and a clear action plan so you know exactly what to do each night. The Complete Sleep Plan also includes a personalised schedule and 5 days of WhatsApp support.

Life happens, and your plan is there to work around it. If your little one is unwell or teething, always respond to them and give them the comfort they need. Once they're feeling better you can pick things back up where you left off, and it usually comes back quicker than you'd expect. If a big change throws things off later on, returning clients can book The Troubleshooting Call for advice on getting back on track.

Yes. Everything I recommend follows safe sleep guidance, and I always encourage parents to check The Lullaby Trust's advice too. Your baby's comfort and safety come first, so if you're ever worried, go to your child.

Book The Intro Call. It's a 15 minute chat for £10 where you can tell me what's going on and ask me anything, and I'll let you know which plan would suit your family best. If you then book The Newborn Sleep Plan or The Complete Sleep Plan, the £10 comes off the price. If you're exhausted, missing your evenings and just want to know where to start, this is the easiest first step.
