Jack, 16 months
I decided it was time to get Jack to sleep through the night at 16 months before I started back at work. He was waking 1-2 times a night and having a bottle of milk to get back to sleep.
Gina helped me come up with a plan and explained the reasoning behind the approach, and this really helped me to stick to it!
With her advice and encouragement we had Jack sleeping through from 7pm to 630am after 5 nights!

Freddie, almost 6 months
I approached Gina when my son, Freddie, was five and a half months old. Freddie was waking every hour of the night, didn’t have consistent naps and had anxiety associated with the bedroom and bedroom routine.
Gina took the time to hear our story, ask meaningful and careful questions and then listen and respond without judgement. Being a new, first time mum, not feeling judged and having a listening ear was imperative to our journey and made the decision to reach out for help easier.
After listening, Gina explained that it sounded as though Freddie may be suffering with silent reflux. It turns out that Freddie hadn’t been gaining weight as he should and after being prescribed medicine and starting solids he is a much happier and healthier baby.
To say Gina has changed our world, would be an understatement. She continues to support us and we will forever be indebted to her.
Rafe, 4 months
Gina has been an absolute life saver for us.
When Rafe was just under four months old, we decided to give sleep training a go. Unfortunately, Rafe was completely unable to self-soothe and it felt like torture listening to him scream. We constantly second guessed ourselves and never really knew if what we were doing was correct. But Gina reassured us and helped us through each step of the training process.
She really listened to our personal situation and gave practical instructions on how to get Rafe to drift off to sleep on his own. After just a few days of Gina’s guidance, we were able to confidently put Rafe down at nap times and bedtime, knowing that he was only moments away from being a peacefully sleeping baby.

Freddie, 3.5 years
Freddie was 3.5 years old when I reached out to Gina and asked her if we were too far down the rabbit hole to get back to good sleep patterns. Freddie had gone from a good sleeper to frequent night wakings looking for affection and didnt want to be alone.
For 3 months we fought through what we told ourselves was a phase until we knew we had to do something. We tried the tough love, the gentle love and the 'we will buy you anything if you just sleep' love and nothing seemed to be working. As time went on we went into survival mode and we would just take it in turns to get into bed with him, knowing that this was creating bad habits.
From our first conversation Gina listened without judgement and asked important questions to help understand the variables to our sleep situation. She sympathised and validated our feelings; but most importantly she shared our goals and the path we were going to take together.
Practical evidence based advice was shared and Gina personalised this to Freddie and the person he is.
We are so grateful for Gina and couldn't recommend her enough.

We cannot recommend Gina highly enough. We found Gina when we were at the absolute lowest point of our sleep troubles. We truly didn't believe that our situation was changeable.
Our 6 month old was waking every 30 mins, day and night and we were all on our knees. Gina was incredibly comforting, non-judgmental and kind in her approach to help us. She created us a tailored sleep plan and talked us through exactly how we could implement it to get the best results for us and our little boy, Jeffrey.
I still can't believe I'm writing this, but the sleep plan started working from the first night, with Jeffrey only waking once to feed.
It has continued to work since. We now have our evenings back, we're well slept and most importantly, we have a happier, well slept baby who knows how to nap and get himself off to sleep!

Thanks so much for the help you have given to us!
Hugo was a happy baby, but would only have very short naps. He would go down to sleep okay in his cot, but would be back up 20/30 minutes later.
Gina offered tips and advice on how to lengthen his naps and it made such a difference to our family. He went from cat napping to having a long naps of up to two hours at a time. It took us a few days but he got there!
Having two under two meant getting sleep sorted very important to us!! Hugo then started having better night time sleeps because of her advice.
Gina really listened to our needs and made sure we achieved our goals.
I would recommend her to anyone that needed a good nights sleep!
Clara, 18 months
Gina has been so helpful, kind and understanding while she helped us navigate through breaking the habit of night feeds with our 18 month-old daughter. Clara was waking up 3 times a night for milk and would be finishing the whole bottle so we thought that she must have been hungry. We have always used a dream feed with my girls, but Clara loves it and would wake up multiple times a night. This got to three times a night and then she would be up for the day at 5am. I needed help and Gina gave us a plan which we followed and bottles during the night have gone!!
