Bedtimes that are calm and nights you can finally rely on to be predictable
Sleep Well Baby is my gentle, step by step guide for 6 to 18 months. Get a routine for your baby's age, help them settle on their own, and work on your baby’s sleep goals.
It's the same gentle approach I use in my £297 Complete Sleep Plan, but in a £47 guide that you can work through at your own pace.

If you thought sleep would be easier by now...
Maybe your baby used to sleep well and then something changed. A new tooth, crawling, standing in the crib, starting nursery/daycare. Or maybe sleep never quite got there in the first place.
Either way, you're still up in the night, the day is starting before 6am, and you're running on empty.
You haven't done anything wrong, and it isn't too late.
That's exactly why I wrote this guide.
This guide is for you if:
Your baby is between 6 and 18 months
They still wake in the night and you're not sure if it's hunger or habit
Naps are short, or you're not sure when to drop one
Early mornings are starting before 6am
They need feeding, rocking or you beside them to fall asleep
Sleep Well Baby shows you exactly what to do at your baby's age, step by step, so you can stop guessing and get your evenings back.
What this guide will help you do
Know which night wakes are hunger and which are habit, and drop the feeds they no longer need, gently.
Follow a routine that grows with your baby, from three naps to two and then one.
Help your baby fall asleep on their own, with a gentle method you choose.
Tackle the tricky bits, like early mornings, short lunchtime naps and standing in the crib.
Get your evenings back, with a bedtime that sticks.
You might be thinking this guide will work for you, but you're also craving some personalised advice for your baby. If so, you can get your guide plus a 30 minute Troubleshooting Call with me for £99 when you buy them together today, saving you £23.

Hi, I’m Gina
I’m a qualified sleep consultant and mum of two, and I know how it feels when the nights just aren’t getting any easier. With my son, feeding him to sleep was the only thing that worked, until it wasn’t. He woke again and again through the night and started his day at 5am. Once I changed his routine and helped him learn to settle on his own, he went on to sleep from 7pm to 7am.
Since then I’ve helped over 1000 families get predictable naps, a bedtime that sticks and calmer nights. Sleep Well Baby is everything I’d share with you if we were working together, in one place you can come back to as your baby grows.

No. Both settling methods in your guide are gentle and responsive, and you'll never be asked to shut the door and leave your baby to cry it out. With Settle and Stay you stay right beside the crib offering comfort until they're calm, and with Settle and Return you pop back in for short, reassuring checks, so you can choose what feels right for you and your baby.

Yes. You'll get an email with your download link as soon as you've paid. Save it to your phone or print it straight away, as the link only lasts 24 hours after your first download.

Not unless your baby is ready. Your guide helps you work out which night feeds your baby still needs at their age, and when the time is right, how to drop the others gently.
-
For babies born early, use their adjusted age. If your baby has reflux or any other medical needs, check with a medical professional before you start. If things feel more complicated, a Troubleshooting Call or one of my sleep plans might suit you better, and I'm happy to help you decide.

If you've followed your guide consistently for two weeks and you're still stuck, it might be time to book a troubleshooting call to help fine tune the last bits.
